Kerry from Vocam contacted us last October. She said she had a solutions for all our in-house training needs. She sent me one of the many training programs they offer and we were impressed. The content and currency was very appropriate to our work environment. We are in the process of putting all 30 staff members through the various online training sessions. We do see this as an ongoing training program for all staff.
