As part of a Regional Council, formed in the recent amalgamation process in Queensland, I had two very different safety processes and outlooks in action, neither were wrong, but neither fitted into our new organisation’s needs. As part of the standardisation process for our operationally diverse organisation, we used a number of Vocam’s DVDs ranging from Confined Spaces Safety Essentials & Atmospheric Testing in Confined Spaces to their Electrical Safety Essentials. Based on our needs, with Kerry’s help, we found the most appropriate training DVDs with their supporting training material and manuals, which we melded into our new safety systems and programs.
